[미얀마 지지를 위한 한국YWCA 성명서] 우리 YWCA는 평화의 사도인 그리스도의 이름으로 미얀마 군과 경찰에게 미얀마 국민에 대한 폭력을 멈출 것을 강력히 촉구하는 바입니다. 19살 태권소녀 앤젤은 민주주의와 동료시민들을 보호하다 싸늘한 주검으로 돌아왔습니다. 지금 이 순간에도 제2, 제3의 앤젤들이 죽음을 불사하고 평화를 외치고 있습니다. 우리 YWCA 가족은 또 다른 앤젤이 되어, 미얀마 국민과 함께 미얀마의 민주주의와 평화를 위해 함께 싸워 나갈 것을 다짐합니다. 미얀마 군과 경찰은 당장 폭력과 살상을 중단하십시오. 우리는 미얀마의 정의가 회복되는 날까지 미얀마 국민들과 함께 할 것입니다. -한국YWCA연합회- The YWCAs, in the name of Lord Jesus Christ, strongly urges Myanmar's military and police force to immediately stop its violence against civilians. 19-year-old Kyal Sin, also known as Angel, was killed by a shot to the head while fighting for her country's democracy and protesting the military's illegitimate use of force against its own people. Even at this moment, manyu more "Angels" are risking their lives protesting for peace and restoration of democracy. We call for the Myanmar military and police to immediately stop its senseless killing and violence. The YWCAs will stand by the people of Myanmar and fight against the military junta until democracy and peace is fully rostored to the country. -The national YWCA of Korea- |
